A three-loop bike rack is anchored into concrete footings with in-ground anchor mounts set below finish grade. The assembly features an overall width of 3 feet 2-3/8 inches and a height of 2 feet 11-1/4 inches above finish grade. Each loop is spaced 9-5/8 inches apart. The concrete footings measure 1 foot 6 inches wide with a 10-inch depth and a 3-inch sub-base.
