This wall section details the Level 2 assembly featuring a concrete over metal deck floor structure supported by a scheduled steel beam with underside batt insulation and a suspended gypsum board ceiling. The exterior wall consists of six-inch metal studs with gypsum sheathing, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane, and exterior insulation and finish system with a minimum R-7.5 rating or stone cladding. Above the floor slab, a sloped concrete topping slab sits over drainage board and liquid-applied membrane alongside an integrated planter box and a prefinished parapet cap. An aluminum railing composed of a one-half by four-inch top rail, intermediate rails, and balusters spaced at a maximum of five feet on center anchors to the assembly.
