A reinforced concrete pier supports a manufacturer-provided light pole with a maximum height of twenty-six feet. The cylindrical pier measures twenty-four inches in minimum diameter and eight feet in minimum depth below the finish grade. Reinforcement consists of a number four spiral with a six-inch pitch, maintaining four inches of clearance around the reinforcement and at the bottom. Non-shrink grout is placed as required beneath the base plate at the finish grade. A power supply feed enters the pier from the side.
