This food service detail shows a commercial work table assembly constructed with a fourteen-gauge stainless steel top and a sixteen-gauge stainless steel undershelf. The top and undershelf are reinforced underneath with one-inch by four-inch fourteen-gauge channel reinforcing members. The frame utilizes one and five-eighths inch outer diameter sixteen-gauge legs and crossrails tied to the top with stainless steel gussets. Stainless steel adjustable bullet feet support the legs at the floor level. Fabrication complies with NSF standards.
