An intermediate stair landing features a concrete fill with wire mesh reinforcement supported on a metal pan. A steel channel header frames the landing edge, reinforced with a steel angle stiffener below. A bent closure plate sits beyond the landing edge. Each pan includes two equally spaced three-eighth-inch holes at the back, and a three-inch sanitary cove finishes the transition.
