Concrete tilt-up panels bear on concrete footings adjacent to a six inch thick concrete slab with a light broom finish and a one percent minimum slope. A six inch high concrete curb interfaces with the wall panels using a one half inch expansion joint material. A trash enclosure gate is mounted adjacent to the wall panels. A six inch thick concrete apron with a light broom finish and a concrete swale are provided at the exterior.
