A mirror with a one-half inch channel frame is mounted over gypsum board, with spacers added as required to fill in gaps. Below, the mirror is installed over a tile wainscot terminating above a one-half inch solid surface backsplash. A finished trim edge is provided around the perimeter of the exposed mirror and painted to match the wall.
