An aluminum storefront window system attaches to metal stud framing per structural requirements with shims as required for adjustment. Backer rod and sealant are installed on both sides of the window jamb joint to provide acoustic sealing. The interior partition consists of metal stud framing per structural with gypsum board layers as scheduled per plan. The window assembly accommodates one-inch insulated glazing units sized per the window schedule.
