A 1-inch outer diameter stainless steel tube forms the top rail and rail posts. The posts are welded to a 4-1/2 inch by 4-1/2 inch by 1/4 inch steel base plate, which is bolted to the concrete slab. Posts are spaced at a maximum of 2 feet on center equally.
