Stair nosing geometry accommodates two distinct riser types. Type A features a flush riser profile with a maximum one-half inch radius applied typically across all profiles and a one-and-one-quarter inch maximum dimension limit. Type B incorporates an angled riser configuration set to a maximum thirty-degree angle alongside the same one-and-one-quarter inch maximum dimension constraint.
