Metal panel base flashing assembly secured at the foundation interface with a base angle and channel set in sealant. A 12-gauge stainless steel hidden fastener clip is embedded in a bed of butyl sealant and fastened with a 1/4-14 low-profile fastener, using one clip per panel per support. Continuous heavy beads of butyl sealant are applied to both sides of the base flashing and along the vertical joint interface with a continuous marriage bead. All sealant coverages must be continuous without gaps.
