A one-and-a-half-inch diameter stainless steel handrail connects to a three-eighths-inch stainless steel handrail return extending six inches to the wall termination. An inner pipe is welded to the handrail return and ground flush to achieve a smooth finish. Countersunk mechanical fasteners secure the assembly at the wall mounting base.
