The curtain wall system meets a twenty-two gauge metal jamb matching the exterior metal panel. Shims level the window frame alignment against the wall framing, while the air barrier is tucked continuously into the jamb corner. A continuous backer rod and sealant joint seal the interface between the framing and the curtain wall mullion. A typical corner bead finishes the interior wall corner adjacent to the assembly.
