Precast concrete wall panels feature a 3/4-inch typical chamfer at panel edges and are sealed with Tremco Dymeric FC240 sealant over recommended joint backing. For fire-rated walls, a Cerablanket F-S insulation blanket is installed at varying depths: one-and-a-half inches for one-hour walls, three inches for two-hour walls, four inches for three-hour walls, and four-and-a-half inches for four-hour walls. An alternate condition at butt ends is referenced to the floor plans, and structural drawings govern panel clearances.
