Exterior stair panel layout and orientation relative to the interior concrete slab edge. The precast stair panels bear on three-foot square by twelve-inch thick concrete erection pads reinforced with four number four bars each way typically. The assembly coordinates the 5'-6" stair width and includes a slope of 1/8" per foot away from the building. A stair panel schedule correlates the number of risers with dimension X, ranging from thirty-three inches for four risers up to seventy-seven inches for eight risers. Steel pipe handrails are provided per architectural drawings, and the slab is poured after the panels have been erected.
