One-half inch thick tempered glass extends into a continuous 1 1/4 inch by 1 1/2 inch by 1/8 inch glazing channel anchored below the ceiling framing. Shims level the metal channel against the structural framing, while a metal stud support wall ties into the assembly. Backer rods and black silicone sealant seal the glass joints on both sides where they meet the finished ceiling line.
