This interior partition detail shows a hollow metal door frame return at a double egress door condition beneath a scheduled partition metal stud slip track. High pressure laminate wall panel systems finish both sides of the partition over one-quarter-inch gypsum board blocking. A continuous reinforced channel supports the frame profile with gypsum board painted black at the reveals. Typical sealant and caulking are applied at the frame and panel junctions.
