The wall assembly consists of metal studs framed into twenty-gauge track at the base, secured with Hilti X-U 27 P8 powder-actuated fasteners with one inch minimum embedment at twelve inches on center with a minimum of two per track. Sealant is applied at the base on each side. The faces are finished with five-eighths inch gypsum board on all exposed sides. The header incorporates a box beam header with corner beads at the intersections.
