A 1-1/2-inch thick steel plate measures 7 inches wide by 11-1/2 inches high and features a central circular opening with a 3.109-inch diameter at the bottom reducing to a 2.633-inch diameter at the top. The edge of the inner bore includes a 10-degree bevel angle and a 45-degree chamfered seat with 0.150-inch offset dimensions. The central hole is positioned 3-5/8 inches from the side edge and 5-3/4 inches from the bottom edge.
