A transaction counter assembly features a solid surface countertop with eased edges supported by an in-wall steel angle brace and an eighth-inch continuous bent plate steel plate with a powder-coated finish and a minimum one-sixteenth-inch edge radius. The front facade is clad in plastic laminate with matching edge banding and a resilient base at the floor. An eighth-inch bent painted steel support is welded to the transaction top. The knee space includes a removable plywood access panel to match adjacent finishes and houses electrical chases through studs with wire management channels for division 26 electrical and division 27 data routing.
