A precast concrete ramp wall panel bears on a continuous concrete footing with a one-inch grout layer at the erection pad. Vertical reinforcement consists of number four bars at ten inches on center at the center of the panel, projecting eight inches into the continuous footing between erection pads. Horizontal reinforcement is provided by number four bars at twelve inches on center. The footing is reinforced with three continuous number four bars longitudinally and number four bars at eighteen inches on center transversely. A concrete slab connects to the wall panel at the interior side.
