A flashing assembly at a roof curb utilizes a continuous sheet of reinforced membrane to wrap the curb or form from coated metal. The membrane is secured over rigid insulation using seam fastening plates and fasteners spaced twelve inches on center, with cut-edge sealant applied at edges. Bonding adhesive adheres the membrane to the vertical curb surface. A metal cap or counter flashing is installed at the top of the curb per the manufacturer requirements.
