Exterior metal panels fasten over a continuous sub-framing substrate and weather barrier membrane. A horizontal base channel or flashing profile runs along the lower boundary to manage drainage and provide edge termination. Sealants and gaskets are integrated at the interface between the panel system and the concrete substrate to maintain weather-tightness. Anchor fasteners secure the base framing components directly to the concrete foundation.
