The curtainwall door threshold bears directly on the concrete floor level bed set in continuous sealant. A foil-faced flexible flashing pan with upturned end dams is integrated beneath the threshold to manage moisture. Perimeter edge insulation consists of one-inch extruded polystyrene insulation directly below the slab edge and three-inch extruded polystyrene insulation extending down the exterior foundation face. Flooring finish is applied per schedule matching interior requirements.
