Jamb condition of an exterior door set within a rated metal stud partition and exterior metal panel wall assembly. A hollow metal frame fits against a metal stud slip track and is backed by a continuous reinforced channel. A pre-finished exterior metal wall panel system wraps the corner with panel stiffeners as required, installed over a fluid-applied vapor permeable air and water barrier. Continuous sealant with backer rod and a stainless steel plaster trim seal the transition between the exterior finish and the door frame. An air and water barrier flashing provides weatherproofing at the perimeter interface.
