A standard surface mounted wave galvanized bike rack steel pipe is secured to a four-inch minimum reinforced concrete pad with welded wire mesh. The base plate uses manufacturer-specified mechanical anchors embedded into the concrete slab. The concrete pad requires minimum six by six, number ten by number ten welded wire mesh.
