This vertical joint assembly connects two adjacent tilt-up concrete monolithic panels. The exterior face of each panel is finished with a chamfer strip to create a recessed V-joint profile. A continuous backer rod is installed within the gap, topped with a continuous sealant bead to provide a weather-tight seal between the panels.
