The suspended ceiling assembly hangs from the overhead building structure using approved connection devices with a one-hundred-pound capacity. Cross runners fit between the main runners to form the grid. Additional hangers are placed on all members within eight inches of the perimeter. Compression struts occur at twelve feet zero inches each way with lateral bracing at forty-five-degree angles where required. Stabilizer bars are installed between all members at the attached side, and ductwork and other large obstructions utilize trapeze supports. Lighting requirements are coordinated per electrical drawings.
