This assembly details the flashing configuration at a through-wall scupper. A metal closure flashing is installed at the scupper opening, integrated with a metal counter flashing that extends over the top of the concrete wall. The counter flashing is secured with a mechanical fastener and sealed with butyl sealant tape and FTR 101 sealant. The assembly includes a minimum three-inch overlap for the flashing membrane and a one and one-half inch clearance at the wall edge.
