A bubbler is connected to a one-half-inch schedule 80 male adapter and supported by a nine-gauge tubing stake set into the ground near a shrub. The bubbler assembly is fed by a one-half-inch Salco ultraviolet resistant polyvinyl chloride flexible hose with part number PVC AR-zero-fifty, buried at a depth of twelve inches below the finish grade. The flexible hose connects to a one-half-inch schedule 40 polyvinyl chloride tee on the polyvinyl chloride lateral line. The installation note requires the bubbler to be placed on the uphill side of the shrub.
