A safety tieback is mounted adjacent to mechanical equipment on a premanufactured insulated equipment curb. The insulated curb bears on an eight-inch concrete leveling curb, which sits atop a concrete deck poured over a metal deck. Continuous one-and-a-half-inch neoprene cushioning separates components at the top of the curb assembly. Reglet and counterflashing protect the vertical transition along the curb face.
