This two-hour fire-rated partition wall assembly consists of C-H or C-T studs per the rated assembly with one layer of 1-inch gypsum shaft liner and insulation where required. The faces are finished with two layers of 5/8-inch Type X gypsum board on one side. The assembly conforms to Gypsum Association GA WP 7095 and Underwriters Laboratories UL #U415 System F.
