The assembly is centered on a four-column 4x4 tube steel structure that provides the primary vertical support for the octagonal tower. Tube steel diagonal braces frame inward between the main structural columns to stabilize the core framing. Heavy gauge metal studs line the interior perimeter to support the exterior envelope. Two layers of fire-treated plywood sheathing wrap the exterior framing, backed by a 16-gauge bent plate forming the octagonal profile. Slate roof tiles finish the outermost exterior surface of the assembly.
