An aluminum window frame interfaces with a framed wall assembly governed by wall types scheduled on plans. The head of the aluminum window frame bears beneath double metal jamb studs. Continuous sealant beads are applied at the frame perimeter on both sides. The window unit and frame finish are specified per sheet A810.
