An exterior door or storefront system head condition is installed in a concrete wall. The hollow metal or aluminum frame is secured beneath a concrete wall with continuous sealant caulking on each side for weatherproofing. A Pemko door top weather strip is fastened to the frame using factory-provided number six by five-eighths inch Phillips flat head sheet metal screws. The door leaf is painted to match the frame as specified by the owner.
