This assembly consists of a door threshold supported by intermittent high-impact plastic shims over a two-piece 24-gauge stainless steel sill pan. The sill pan features a one-half-inch back leg and end dams, is fully soldered watertight, and is set in a full bed of sealant or adhesive. The threshold sits atop a traffic coating applied over sloped concrete, which is supported by a flat metal deck. A temporary hold-down is required for the sill pan during the sealant curing period. The exterior deck surface is sloped at a maximum of two percent away from the door.
