Gypsum board is installed as required per the floor plan, and a 1/2-inch fill with caulking is applied on both sides at the wall interface. The joist condition details a steel joist bearing within a continuous steel track, connected with number 10 screws, and anchored to the concrete wall using 0.177-inch shot pins at 24 inches on center with the track fastened to each stud. A 362T18 continuous track is integrated at the base with caulking and studs as indicated.
