A proprietary ceiling clip secures to the underside of a concrete or metal deck floor slab via a structural fastening connection. A vertical hanger wire is tied below with three tight turns spaced one and one-half inches apart. The wire passes through electrical metallic tubing secured by a number ten self-tapping sheet metal screw. A maximum clearance of five-eighths of an inch is maintained at the upper attachment.
