The stair railing terminates at the lower landing with a steel base plate secured to the concrete slab via expansion bolts. Fixed fittings with stainless steel end caps are provided at main landings by Feeney Architectural Products or an approved equal. Vertical posts and horizontal railing infill elements are spaced at equal intervals with a height of three feet six inches above the tread finish line.
