Required accessibility clearances for an ADA-compliant water closet compartment with an out-swinging door are provided. The compartment features a minimum 60-inch width and a minimum 48-inch maneuvering space in front of the plumbing fixture. Minimum depth clearances of 56 inches are established for wall-mounted water closets and 59 inches for floor-mounted water closets.
