An aluminum clearance sign hangs eight feet two inches above finished floor from structural overhead supports spaced at eight feet on center maximum. The assembly uses an aluminum L4x3x3/8 inch by zero feet eight inch long leg vertical angle secured with three-eighths inch diameter stainless steel through-bolts with compression springs on each side of the pipe support. The nine-inch diameter plastic pipe is held by an aluminum sleeve hanger and features eight-inch high green letters on both faces. Three-eighths inch stainless steel expansion anchors provide attachment to the overhead structure with a two-inch minimum embedment inside seven-sixteenths by two-inch long slotted holes. Maximum anchor spacing is five and five-eighths inches with a two and three-eighths inch minimum anchor spacing. Reinforcement is field-located prior to drilling holes, left undamaged to protect tendons and other rebar.
