Rigid insulation lays over a warped roof deck that slopes toward sumped roof drains and a mechanical unit curb or cricket. A continuous sheet of reinforced membrane wraps around the curb, secured with seam fastening plates spaced twelve inches on center and bonded with adhesive. A metal cap or counter flashing installs at the top, and cut-edge sealant finishes the membrane edge. Outside corners receive reinforced membrane per manufacturer instructions.
