Three-quarter-inch stone shelves are notched into the wall construction on three sides, paired with a three-quarter-inch stone top over a recessed slab elevation of 99'-10" and a mud bed at shelf elevation of 100'-0". The assembly features a concrete masonry unit wall detailed per plan, faced with five-eighths-inch tile backer and porcelain tile adhered with thin-set mortar. An eight-mil continuous waterproof membrane extends to four feet above finished floor, complemented by a two-inch minimum lapped eight-mil membrane banding at all changes in plane. Vertical dimensions space the shelves one foot four inches apart, culminating at a tile material transition elevation of 107'-0 1/4".
