A steel railing is constructed from one-quarter-inch by three-inch bar steel with a powder-coated finish specified in the exterior finish legend. Horizontal and vertical members are joined with continuous welds. The overall assembly measures three feet wide by three feet six inches high, with the bottom horizontal bar positioned six inches above the concrete base.
