The supply fan rests on two-inch spring isolators supported by a concrete pad provided by the general contractor, set atop roofing materials and finished roof construction with waterproofing by others. A duct connects to the supply fan through an ultraviolet-resistant flexible connection built inside out and a backdraft damper. The duct layout requires no vertical offset with a minimum of two point five diameters clearance. The supply fan unit is labeled SF A-1.
