This interior wall detail shows wood framing and fire-treated blocking configured to support a television mount and perimeter millwork. The assembly includes 5/8-inch FRP backing for television mounting behind gypsum wallboard with vinyl wall covering. An LED light fixture attaches directly to the fire-treated blocking with the surrounding blocking painted black. Additional perimeter framing and backing components are provided by the millwork contractor.
