A hollow metal door head frame ties into a cold-formed metal stud partition wall. Metal runner tracks and metal studs frame around the opening, faced on both sides with gypsum board layers as scheduled. A sound attenuation blanket fills the interior wall cavity for acoustic performance. The welded steel door frame accommodates the scheduled door below, aligned with the partition type and coordinated with the reflected ceiling plan.
