The assembly features a curtain wall mullion with an end cap terminating adjacent to a metal stud framing soffit. A pre-finished spandrel panel is integrated into the upper portion of the curtain wall framing. The adjoining soffit is finished with a direct-applied finish system over cold-formed steel framing.
