A concrete curb and gutter assembly set between a concrete walkway and finish grade. The gutter features a twenty-four-inch bottom width with one-inch radius inner corners, flanked by six-inch curbs with tooled half-inch radius edges and a trowel finish on the gutter and back side of the curb. A half-inch expansion joint separates the gutter from the concrete paving, which is set over natural grade and an eighteen-inch minimum depth subbase. The adjacent finish grade at sod is set one inch down, with one and a half inches at ground cover, matching an eighteen-inch minimum depth below the top of curb.
