The assembly features a skylight system mounted on a modified high wood curb with new 2x6 pressure-treated framing and plywood sheathing supported by the existing skylight curb. A gasketed fastener secures the skylight system per the manufacturer's requirements, while pre-painted metal trim and mechanically attached reinforced flashing membrane tie into the typical TPO roofing assembly. The interior wall surface finishes with gypsum board, plaster finish, and a J bead at the top.
